I was thrilled recently when Datto were nominated for an CompTIA Spotlight Award recently. This is of course mainly because I knew I was in with a shout of meeting Barry from Eastenders as he was hosting the evening.
So, I travelled to Bristol for the CompTIA UK Channel Community meeting and was delighted to be there to pick up the Industry Champion award on behalf of Datto.
As you can see, I did indeed get to meet Barry. This was really cool as he's such a nice guy.
Well done to all the other winners on the evening. I look forward to defending the trophy in 2020.
